Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, Persistent Systems has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and will continue on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the Registered Office of the Company to consider inter alia, the following businesses: 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter end June 30, 2025; 2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter end June 30, 2025. The Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 (IST). The Company will hold an investor/analyst call post-Board Meeting. The details of the said call will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course and will be followed by its publication on the Company’s website. Also, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the company has informed that the Trading Window will remain closed from Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (IST) till Friday, July 25, 2025 (IST). The Trading Window will re-open on Saturday, July 26, 2025 (IST), unless communicated otherwise. The Company has already communicated about the said closure of the trading window to its Promoters, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons of the Company including their respective immediate relatives and Connected Persons of the Company.
