Capacit'e Infraprojects soars on receiving LoI from Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust

The company has received LoI for a total contract value of Rs 621 crore excluding GST

Capacit'e Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 323.20, up by 7.80 points or 2.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 315.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 322.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 329.40 and Rs. 316.20 respectively. So far 37672 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 465.00 on 18-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 270.00 on 22-Jul-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 331.90 and Rs. 314.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2739.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.14% and 47.17% respectively.

Capacit'e Infraprojects has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) for a total contract value of Rs 621 crore excluding GST, for carrying out the core and shell works along with all finishing, MEPF services and other related works for the project - Sector 07 of Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project located at Ward ‘C’, Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai.  The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the company’s ordinary civil contracting operations.
