Enviro Infra Engineers zooms on receiving LoI for Vento Power Infra from PTC India Financial Services
LoI is for the development of a 40 MW (AC) grid connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha

Enviro Infra Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 236.50, up by 25.05 points or 11.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 211.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 228.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 237.10 and Rs. 222.75 respectively. So far 847603 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 392.00 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 170.10 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 237.10 and Rs. 202.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4099.50 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.34% and 25.57% respectively.
Enviro Infra Engineers has won the bid and consequently received Letter of Intent (LoI) for Vento Power Infra from PTC India Financial Services for the development of a 40 MW (AC) grid connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha, wherein the solar power generation shall be sold at a tariff of Rs 4.1/unit for a period of approximate 18 years. The cost of the acquisition of the project is Rs 115.61 crore. Further, the project has already achieved Partial Commercial Operation Date (PCOD).
As part of the conditions for executing the project, the company is required to acquire Vento Power Infra. The company is currently undertaking the necessary due diligence, evaluating the terms and conditions of the acquisition, finalising draft agreements and upon completion and subject to satisfactory findings, appropriate disclosures will be made to the stock exchanges.
Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies.
