Mafatlal Industries has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons & their immediate relatives (including all insiders), the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed, for all the designated persons of the Company & their immediate relatives (including all insiders) with effect from 1st July, 2025 till the end of forty eight hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen after mandatory period of window closure is over. Further noted that the date of Board Meeting for considering the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
