Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, Sterling Powergensys has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Regulations and Code of Conduct with effect from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration or announcement of Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025. All Designated Persons are directed to not trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window and the Company has already communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with Company’s Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders. The date of Board Meeting, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025 shall be communicated in due course of time.
