Asian Granito India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Asian Granito India has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2025. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
