Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, Everest Organics has informed that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and to their immediate relatives. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated later.
