Soni Medicare informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Soni Medicare has informed that trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2025. The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30 June2025 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, the Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
