Apollo Tyres informs about closure of trading window
Apollo Tyres has informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Designated Persons’, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Concerned Persons with effect from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
