Clean Science and Technology informs about closure of trading window
Clean Science and Technology has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulation and Monitoring Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by designated persons, will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 upto the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be communicated in due course of time.
