Shah Construction Company informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, Shah Construction Company has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
