Vivid Global Industries informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and company’s Code of Conduct for Insiders’, Vivid Global Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un‐Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un‐Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 will be communicated in due course.
