Arvind informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Arvind has informed that the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall be closed from 1st July 2025 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours of announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2025. The Board Meeting date shall be intimated separately.
