Jyoti CNC Automation has received approval for acquisition of 20 acres of land at Tumakuru Machine Tools Park (TMTP) in Tumakuru District in the state of Karnataka, for future expansion. The acquisition will be funded through internal accruals or through debt. The board of directors of the company in their meeting held on July 4, 2025 have approved the same.
