SI Capital & Financial Services has informed that pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and based on the Confirmation dated July 04, 2025, obtained from MUFG Intime India, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, which is enclosed, they confirmed the following: i. The securities that were dematerialized have been listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed; and ii. The security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and canceled after due verification, and the name of the depositories has been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the stipulated period.
