TruCap Finance has informed that upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have approved by resolution passed through circulation on July 07, 2025, approved the appointment of Saurabh Sethi, as the Finance Head of the Company and designated him as Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from July 07, 2025. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 issued on November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure.
