Megasoft informs about notice of postal ballot
Megasoft has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking consent of Members to consider and approve sale/ transfer or otherwise disposal of the whole or substantially the whole of an undertaking of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice is being sent electronically to the Members whose e-mail address are registered with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) / Depositories / Depository Participants as on the cut-off date, Friday, July 4, 2025. The e-voting period will commence on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 9.00 am and will end on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 5.00 pm. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.megasoft.com. The Notice is also accessible from the websites of the Stock Exchanges, BSE and National Stock Exchange of India at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively.
