Shalby Academy, a unit of Shalby, has entered into a MoU with Shree Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore

Dixon Technologies (India) and Signify Innovations India have incorporated a Joint Venture Company by name Lightanium Technologies. Further, the subscription money for the Joint Venture has been paid by the company on July 8, 2025. This association will bolster the company’s manufacturing excellence and superior execution abilities and Signify’s leadership in the lighting industry. This partnership will further strengthen the Company’s foothold in the lighting business ecosystem in India in line with the Company’s strategic goals.
Artefact Projects has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the project ‘Independent Engineer Services for Construction of new four-lane access controlled Highway from Cuttack (end point of CRRR at NH-16 near Tangi) to Kandarpur on SH- 12 from Design Ch. 0+000 km to 21+225 under NH(O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the state of Odisha- in Joint Venture with MSV International Inc and in association with Sunnily Consultants. The company's contracted fees for the above project awarded is Rs 5.10 crore Excluding GST.
NTPC’s subsidiary -- THDC India is all set to commence commercial operation of Unit II (250 MW) of its Tehri Pumped Storage Project (PSP) (4×250 MW) in Uttarakhand, with effect from July 10, 2025. With this, total installed and commercial capacity of THDC India has now become 2,747 MW.
Shalby Academy, a unit of Shalby, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shree Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV), Indore. This collaboration aims to launch undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Healthcare and Hospital Management. Under this initiative, SVVV will offer full‐time BBA and MBA programs in Healthcare & Hospital Management at its Indore campus. Admissions for the first intake are set to begin shortly.
GP Petroleums has entered into a Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement with Delta Fuel and Lubricants Nigeria, based in Lagos, Nigeria (Delta), on July 08, 2025. The Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement is effective from July 01, 2025. Under this arrangement, Delta shall manufacture/blend, supply, and market products under the brand name ‘IPOL’ in the territory of Nigeria and other West-African markets.

Oriental Rail Infrastructure has secured order worth Rs 2.45 crore from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways. The order is for supply and installation of 32 set of coach set of seats and berths for LSCN/BW2 coach. The order is to be executed by January 31, 2027.
