Currency futures for July expiry trade weaker with 0.26% decrease in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 85.8575, weaker compared to its Tuesday’s close at 85.73. The rupee opened at 85.84 and touched day’s high of 85.9350 and low of 85.81.
The July currency futures were trading at 85.9250 with a spread of 0.0100 and a volume of 39,683. The contract opened at 85.89 weaker from its previous closing of 85.7625. The open interest (OI) stood at 10,34,799 down by 0.26% compared to its previous close of 10,37,537.
