In terms of the General Circulars No. 9/2024 dated September 19, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/133 dated October 3, 2024 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Bharat Seats has informed that the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today the 09th July, 2025 at 11.00 am through Video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’) to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 07th May, 2025 of AGM. In this regard, the company has enclosed the summary of the proceedings of the AGM as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations as Annexure-A.
