Ceat has informed that it enclosed the Certificate issued by NSDL Database Management, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, under Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as amended from time to time and other applicable rules and regulations, for the period April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
