Confidence Petroleum India gains on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

CGEPL will aid Confidence Group in developing LPG and CNG Business

Confidence Petroleum India is currently trading at Rs. 56.15, up by 0.43 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 55.72 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 56.67 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 57.46 and Rs. 56.00 respectively. So far 139400 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 98.50 on 18-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 44.76 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 57.76 and Rs. 54.21 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1867.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.80% and 41.32% respectively.

Confidence Petroleum India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Confidence Green Energy (CGEPL). CGEPL will aid Confidence Group in developing LPG and CNG Business. The focus will be on LPG and CNG related activities. CGEPL is incorporated with Authorised Share Capital of Rs 5,00,000 divided into 50,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on July 16, 2024.

Confidence Petroleum India is an India-based manufacturer of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for domestic, as well as commercial use. The company is engaged in the sale of cylinder, LPG bottling and filling/DPT/transport.
