RITES, ITCONS E-Solutions and Tilaknagar Industries to see some action today

BEML has bagged order from the Ministry of Defence for supply of HMV 6X6 with contract value of around Rs 293.82 crore

RITES has signed an MoU with Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI), a subsidiary of Coal India (CIL), to establish a strategic framework for collaboration. This partnership aims at identifying, exploring, and jointly pursuing prospective projects and consultancy assignments--both in India and internationally --particularly in the fields of mining, renewable energy and related infrastructure development.

ITCONS E-Solutions has been awarded new Bid by Commander Works Engineer Utilities Delhi Cantt, Indian Army, Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence for the deployment of skilled resources for technical work. The total contract value is Rs 35.37 lakh. The contract shall commence on August 01, 2025, and shall remain in force until July 01, 2026, unless extended further by mutual agreement of the parties.

Tilaknagar Industries (TI) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Imperial Blue business division (IB) from Pernod Ricard India via slump sale, for a lump sum consideration, basis enterprise value of 412.6 million euro (which translates to around Rs 4,150 crore as on date), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Business Transfer Agreement. The consideration includes deferred payment of 28 million euro (Rs 282 crore as on date), to be paid four years after the date of closure of the transaction.

BEML has bagged order from the Ministry of Defence for supply of HMV 6X6 with contract value of around Rs 293.82 crore. This is in normal course of business.

JSW Energy's step-down subsidiary -- JSW Renew Energy Forty Five has signed Power Purchase Agreement with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) for a grid connected 100MW Solar Project with 100MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The aforesaid project will be developed on a designated site and connected to the 220/400 kV KPTCL Firozabad substation in Kalaburagi district. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) has been signed for a tenure of 25 years at a tariff of Rs 4.31 per kWh.

VA TECH WABAG has been awarded a 300 Million Litres per Day (MLD) Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Mega Desalination Plant at Yanbu, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia valued at around $272 million (SAR 1,019 million / Rs 2,332 crore) by the Saudi Water Authority (SWA). This Project encompasses the scope of design, engineering, supply, construction, and commissioning of a 300 MLD Mega Desalination Plant, to be developed on a greenfield site located along the west coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Tanla Platforms has partnered with an overseas telco for the deployment of its proprietary AI native platform, marking the company’s first deployment with a strategic telco partner. This platform will be commercially live in Q2FY26.
