Nitin Spinners has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 5th August, 2025 to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. Further, in pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of lnsider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to be closed for all Directors, Designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives till August O7th,2025 i.e.48 hours from the Financial Results made public.
