Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7A of Part A, Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India has informed that Company’s Statutory Auditors, Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration Number: 304026E / E-300009), tendered resignation at the Audit Committee meeting held on 24th July, 2025 explaining the detailed reason as per attached resignation letter. On recommendation of Audit Committee, Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24th July, 2025 accepted the resignation of Statutory Auditors with effect from 24th July, 2025. Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 3.45 pm.
