Maithan Alloys has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Maithan Nutrition’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on July 25, 2025, which was received by the company on July 25, 2025. The object of incorporation of new subsidiary is to explore the opportunities available into agricultural including food processing and Real Estate business activities.
Maithan Alloys engages in the manufacture and trading of ferro alloys in India and internationally. It also involves in the generation and supply of wind power.
