Creative Castings has informed that Board of Directors of Creative Castings Limited in its meeting held on Today, i.e. July 26, 2025, inter alia, approved and recommended payment of final Dividend at the rate of 100% (i.e. Rs. 10.00 per equity share of Rs. 10.00 each) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025 subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on September 25, 2025.
