Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company as intimated vide our letter dated June 26, 2025 has been closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the said Financial Results are declared and submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
