eClerx Services informs about press release newspaper advertisement
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, eClerx Services has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement for attention of the shareholders in respect of information regarding 25th AGM of the Company to be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 through VC, in compliance with General Circular No. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The newspaper advertisements were published today in The Free Press Journal (in English) and Navshakti (in Marathi) and are also available on the website of the Company at www.eclerx.com.
