Reliance Industries has informed about notice convening the Forty-eighth Annual General Meeting (Post-IPO) and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company, for the financial year 2024-25, are being sent through electronic mode to all the members and debenture holders whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. Notice and Integrated Annual Report are attached and the same are also available on the Company's website. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report, being sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address, is also attached and available on the Company's website.
