Hindustan Foods informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III, Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Foods has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on today i.e., Friday, August 8, 2025 have approved an Un-Audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025, copy of the same is enclosed along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon and marked as ‘Annexure I’. The result will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 (1) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 in due course. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 04:15 pm.
