Asian Hotels (North) has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the company in the name of ‘AHNL Realty’ on August 8, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same. 

AHNL Realty is a real estate sector company which shall be involved in business of purchase, sell, develop, construct, hire or otherwise acquire and deal in land, residential or commercial properties. The object is to diversify and expand the current business operations which will help the company in becoming more agile and diversified.

Asian Hotels (North) presently owns and operates a Five Star Deluxe Hotels namely, Hyatt Regency Delhi. The Hotels offers a host of leisure facilities on the premises including a spa, a unisex salon, fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. Hyatt Regency Delhi is situated in the commercial hub of New Delhi.
