TGV Sraac has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 08.08.2025 has given approval for conducting Annual General Meeting on 27.09.2025 and also given approval for Record date as 19.09.2025 to determine the eligibiltiy of members to attend the AGM. The Board has given approval for appointment of Scrutinizer, CDSL to provide necessary e-voting facility.
