In pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders and all the designated persons as defined in the code is closed from 1st July, 2025 and will re-open after 48 hours of declaration of Un-Audited Financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 which have already been informed of the same.
