Prestige Estates Projects moves up on acquiring 102 acres of land in Q1FY26
The company acquired a total of 102 acres of land in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai in the first quarter of this fiscal year

Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1650.30, up by 45.50 points or 2.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 1604.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1590.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1651.10 and Rs. 1590.65 respectively. So far 17207 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1971.00 on 17-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1048.30 on 07-Apr-2025.

The company acquired a total of 102 acres of land in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai in the first quarter of this fiscal year. These land parcels will be used to develop residential projects, which would have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 20,400 crore.
