Insolation Energy rises as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary company
Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a new subsidiary namely 'VJMG Green Infra'

Insolation Energy is currently trading at Rs. 225.20, up by 1.30 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs 223.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 227.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 229.80 and Rs 224.10 respectively. So far 135000 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 475.00 on 08-Nov-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 205.50 on 01-Aug-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 229.80 and Rs 216.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4962.12 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.36% and 32.62% respectively.
Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a new subsidiary namely 'VJMG Green Infra' on August 08, 2025. The newly incorporated entity will carry on the business of solar power plant development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and consultancy of any renewable energy power plants, design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.
Insolation Energy is a national solar energy provider and has set up a state of the art fully automatic solar PV module manufacturing plant at Jaipur.
