Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Mini Diamonds (India) has informed about receipt of an export order valued at USD 21,50,000 (approximately INR 18,29,65,000/-) for supply of lab-grown cut and polished diamonds to a prominent overseas client from Hongkong on August 11, 2025. This development is aligned with the Company’s ongoing efforts to enhance its export revenues and strengthen its presence in international markets.
