Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Kusam Electrical Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 13, 2025, has approved the Appointment of CHHAJED & DOSHI, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the company for a term of 5 years i.e. from the financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
