Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 47 read with Para A of Part-A of Schedule-III of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NTC industries has informed that it enclosed the scanned copies of the newspaper publication of the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 as published in ‘The Financial Express’ (English- all editions) and ‘Duronto Varta’ (Bengali- a regional newspaper) on 15th August, 2025.
