Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ajmera Realty & Infra India has informed that CRISIL, a Credit Rating Agency (vide its email dated August 18, 2025) has reaffirmed the following rating to the Company: 1) Corporate Credit Rating: CRISIL A-/Stable, 2) Long Term (Bank Loan) Rating: CRISIL A-/Stable (Reaffirmed). A copy of the Credit Rating Letters received from CRISIL is enclosed.
