Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ADC India Communications has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement regarding Notice to shareholders on 100 Days Campaign ‘Saksham Niveshak’ launched by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority published in English and Kannada newspaper on August 18, 2025.
