Prostarm Info Systems informs about incorporation of WOS
In continuation to earlier announcement dated June 16, 2025 and August 08, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Prostarm Info Systems has informed that the company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company namely ‘PROSTARM BIHAR BESS’ a Special Purpose Vehicle (‘SPV’) on August 19, 2025 for setting up of 30MW/120 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mode at different GSS location of BSPTCL in Bihar with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) Support under BOOT model. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
