SKP Securities has informed that the Company has fixed Saturday, August 30, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the names of Members eligible for dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, if declared at the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 06, 2025. The dividend on equity shares as recommended by the Board, if declared at this Annual General Meeting will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration to those Members whose names appear on the Company’s Register of Members as on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
