Texmaco Rail & Engineering has received order worth Rs 103.16 crore from Leap Grain Rail Logistics

R Systems International has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Novigo Solutions, a specialist in low-code/no-code (LCNC) development and intelligent-automation services. The strategic acquisition creates a global digital product engineering services powerhouse with Rs 20,600 million (around $240 million) revenue and Rs 3,800 million (around $45 million) EBITDA, oƯering engineering, deployment, and management of enterprise-scale fleets of AI agents under a single, governed platform. This strategic move positions R Systems well to address the evolving market landscape, as enterprises reallocate IT budgets towards autonomous, compliance-ready AI workflows.
Usha Martin has entered into an agreement with UGP Engineering (Buyer) on August 21, 2025 for transfer/sale of leasehold land admeasuring approximately 10.11 acres, along with structure(s), plant & machinery, etc. situated at Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu (Sale). Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 29.52 crore. The said transaction is completed on August 21, 2025.
Manoj Ceramic has entered into an Exclusive Supply & Display Centre Agreement with MCPL Ceramic FZ-LLC, a promoter group entity, for the establishment and operation of a display centre in Dubai, UAE under the brand name MCPL.

Piramal Pharma Solutions, a part of Piramal Pharma, and NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V. have opened a dedicated oral solid dosage (OSD) form suite at Piramal’s facility in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, USA. As one of Piramal Pharma Solutions’ focused drug product facilities, the Sellersville site provides comprehensive development and manufacturing services for various formulations, including several forms of OSDs. This addition will increase operational efficiency, helping NewAmsterdam Pharma to deliver its investigational drug therapy, if approved, to patients in need.
Wipro has entered into an agreement to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit of HARMAN, a Samsung company, in a transaction that will accelerate the company’s mission to deliver next-generation engineering research & development (ER&D) services. As part of the agreement, over 5,600 DTS employees, including key leadership, across the Americas, Europe and Asia will transition to Wipro upon closing of the transaction. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by December 31, 2025.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, for the redevelopment of Chotelal Ki Ghat. Originally built in the 1870s on the Hooghly Riverfront in Kolkata, the project is being supported by INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage). IHCL will invest up to Rs 5 crore towards the project aligned with Government of India’s Namami Gange Program and Swachhata Initiatives.
