HeidelbergCement India has informed that it has published a Notice advertisement in Business Standard, English (all editions) and Business Standard, Hindi (Delhi edition) informing the shareholders / investors that in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’) on 24th September 2025 at 11.00 am and record date for eligibility to receive Dividend for FY25 is 12 September 2025 and attend AGM is 17 September 2025. Copies of the published newspaper advertisements are enclosed.
