Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that the Thirty-third (33rd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 24th day of September, 2025 at 2:00 pm through two-way video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the businesses as set out in the enclosed Notice. The venue of the meeting shall be deemed to be the registered office of the Company situated at HB-170, Sector-II, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700106. The Cutoff date for e-voting for the purpose of AGM shall be Wednesday, 17th September, 2025;
