Hindustan Tin Works has informed that the 67thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11.00 am. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It enclosed the Notice of 67th Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report for financial year 2024-25. The Annual Report already sent through electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositodes. Additionally, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI LODR, the Company is also sending a letter to members whose e-mail ids are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depository Participant providing the weblink of Company’s website from where the Annual Report for financial year 2024-25 can be accessed. The Notice of the 67th AGM and the Annual Report are also uploaded on the website of the Company at www.hindustantin.biz and Notice of AGM is also being uploaded on the website of CDSL at www.evoting.cdsl.com Further, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Friday, September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and Dividend. Further, the Company has fixed Friday, September 19, 2025 as the cut-off date to determine the eligibility of the Members to cast their vote by electronic means and eVoting on the resolutions stated in the Notice of the 67th AGM.
