Lupin has informed that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics (‘Crisil ESG Ratings’) has, independently assigned Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating of ‘Crisil ESG 62’ and a Core ESG rating of ‘Crisil Core ESG 63’ to the Company for FY25. The Company did not engage Crisil ESG Ratings for ESG Rating and it has independently prepared the report based on disclosures for fiscal 2025 and other publicly available data of the Company.
