Master Trust has informed that 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 at 4:00 pm at Place/venue: 'A Hotel by Grewalz', adjacent to District Courts, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001. In this connection, the Company has appointed Pooja Mahajan Kohli, Practicing Company Secretary, Proprietor of Pooja M. Kohli & Associates (C.P. No. 14836), for the purpose of overseeing the remote e-voting process and provide voting through postal ballot in transparent and impartial manner at the 40th AGM of the Company. The company has attached the important dates with regard-to the Annual General Meeting.
