PAE informs about resignation of independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the said regulations, PAE has informed that Rajesh Chinubhai Sutaria (DIN: 02102686), an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company had resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from September 02, 2025 vide his resignation letter dated 02nd September, 2025. In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure‐A’. The resignation letter confirming that there are no other material reasons for his resignation is enclosed as ‘Annexure B’.
